Fierce Workout: Strapped For Time
I have created this workout to be short and extremely efficient. With my schedule being the way it is in the last few weeks, I hardly had the time to spend on a workout. However, I don’t believe in making excuses and I am of the opinion that doing something is better than not doing anything.
